to obtain the seal, the applicant is required to appear
at the County Clerk's office. He or she must show valid
identification along with the Department of State's
Electronic Notary Approval Letter. Following the conclusion
of the identity screening process, the National Notary
Association gives the Notary access to download his
electronic notary seal.
